60-Day Guarantee

Every Heirloom Orb order is covered for 60 days, starting on the date your order is delivered.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your orb arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

You can return an orb within 60 days of delivery if it's unused or lightly used, with everything that came in the box, in its original packaging. Once the return reaches us, we refund what you paid for it. You pay the return shipping cost. If you return some of the orbs from a bundle, we refund what you paid for those orbs.

Trouble with setup?

Email us before sending anything back. Most setup problems are a video-format issue, and we'll help you sort it out.
