When you can't be there, send the moments that can.
Load it with the year they missed, then send it on. Or ship it straight to them and let them add their own videos.

It actually feels like part of our Christmas tree.
“We live a few states away from my parents, so they don't get to see the kids nearly as much as they'd like. […] My dad kept replaying the same clips over and over.”
A call lasts twenty minutes. This stays by the tree all December.
Ship it to yourself first, load the moments, then send it on so it arrives ready to play. Or ship it straight to them and they can add videos from a computer.

I was worried setting it up would be a headache.
“That was the main reason I almost didn't order it because I wanted something meaningful, not another tech gift I'd spend an hour trying to figure out. Loading our family memories onto it was much simpler than I expected, and once it was ready all Grandma had to do was enjoy it. Definitely one of those gifts that looks like you put way more effort into it than you actually did.”
Before you order
Can I ship it straight to them?
Yes. There are two ways to do it. Load it first: ship it to yourself, add your videos, then give it or send it on. Ship it straight to them: enter their address at checkout, and they add the videos themselves from a computer. We don't load videos for you, so the orb arrives empty unless you load it first.
Do I need Wi-Fi, an app, or a subscription?
No. There's no app, no Wi-Fi, and no monthly fee.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders ship free. International shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does US shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in approximately 7–14 days, and we email you tracking when your order ships. We don't promise delivery by a specific date, so if you need it by a certain day, email us before you order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to supported countries. International shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies to US orders only.
What is your guarantee?
Every order is covered by our 60-Day Guarantee, which starts on the day your order is delivered. If it arrives damaged or doesn't work, we'll replace it or refund you. If you change your mind, you can return it within 60 days for a refund (you pay return shipping). See the full return policy.
Can I choose different colors in a bundle?
Yes. When you pick 2 or 3 orbs, you choose the color of each orb separately.
